I’m a business consultant, trainer, and learning leader with over three decades of experience across industry giants like BHEL, Tata Steel, PwC, and IBM.
As CEO of RB Consulting, I specialize in leadership development, strategic learning design, and talent transformation across global markets.
I’ve led cross-cultural teams, deployed enterprise learning programs across EMEA and APAC, and advised on business excellence initiatives.
My work has been recognized by IBM, Tata Steel, and NSDC for innovation in training, workforce development, and knowledge management.
Alongside consulting, I’m an educator affiliated with institutions like Saint Xavier’s University and Kalyani University.
I also contribute to national training bodies and industry-academia forums, strengthening India’s learning and development ecosystem.
